坚持以本为本,推进四个回归,是新时代本科教育的发展方向,更是提升地方院校文科类本科大学生就业能力的根本.当今地方院校文科类本科大学生,因学习负担不重,不善规划,贪图安逸,加之学校人才培养模式单一,教学与市场需求联系不密切,社会职前培训市场不足,能力历练场所欠缺等,其素质平平者居多,优异者较少.虽应聘热情高,但工作能力略显不足,就业能力不强.要培养和提升他们的就业能力,必须'强基固本',构建立体多维的社会实践平台,强化可持续发展能力的培养.

Adhering to the undergraduate education and promoting the four returns is the development direction for the undergraduate education in the new era,but also the enhancement of the employment ability of the liberal arts undergraduate students in local colleges and universities.Today,because the undergraduate students of the liberal arts in the local colleges and universities do not have much study burden,their planning is not so well,and they are so greed for comfort.The training model is single in the school,the teaching and market demand is not closely linked,social pre-service training market is insufficient,the ability to experience is lack of places,therefore,the quality of the majority and the numbers of excellent students are less.Although the application enthusiasm is high,but the work ability is slightly insufficient,the employment ability is not strong.In order to cultivate and enhance their employability,we must construct a multi-dimensional social practice platform and strengthen the cultivation of sustainable development ability through the strong foundation.
