摘要
Objective: Discuss the The effect of n-acetylcysteine treatment on the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence of the levels of C-reactiveprotein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT) and Pulmonary function index. Methods: A total of 82 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly selected in our hospital during April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, 35 cases of patients in control group were given conventional treatment, 35 cases of patients in the experimental group were treatment with conventional treatment combined with n-acetylcysteine,the serum levels of CRP, PCT and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, in the experimental group, the level of CRP was (8.12±1.12) mg/L, the level of PCT was (1.78±0.22) μg/L, which were lower than those of the control group (13.22±1.78) mg/L and PCT (3.85±0.27) μg/L, respectively, with statistically significant. After treatment, in the experimental group, the forced vital capacity, forced expiratory valume insecond and forced vital capacity/forced expiratory valume insecond were superior to the control group, with statistically significant. After treatment, the scores of St. George's respiratory questionnaire in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant. Conclusion: N-acetylcysteine treatment on the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively reduce the expression levels of CRP and PCT, as well as improve pulmonary function, and improve their quality of life.
