摘要
Objective:To study the change of dendritic cells (DCs) in endometrial tissue of endometriosis (EMs) and its correlation with protease expression and immune response. Methods: The patients with endometriosis who underwent surgical resection in Xining First People's Hospital between March 2015 and December 2017 were selected as the EMs group of the research to collected the ectopic endometrial lesion tissues, the patients who underwent total hysterectomy due to benign diseases in Xining First People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group to collected the eutopic endometrial lesion tissues, and the number of DCs, the contents of proteases and cytokines as well as the expression of transcription factors were detected. Results:The number of immature CD1 +DCs in ectopic endometrial lesion tissues of EMs group was higher than that of control group whereas the number of mature CD83+DCs was lower than that of control group;uPA, MMP2, MMP9, IL-4, IL-17 and TGF-βcontents as well as GATA-3, RORγt and FOXP3 expression intensity were higher than those of control group, positively correlated with the number of immature CD1 +DCs, and negatively correlated with the number of mature CD83+DCs;TIMP1, TIMP2 and IFN-γ contents as well as T-bet expression intensity were lower than those of control group, negatively correlated with the number of immature CD1 +DCs, and positively correlated with the number of mature CD83+DCs.Conclusion: The disorder of mature and immature DCs in endometrial tissue of endometriosis can increase the protease activity and change the Th cellular immune response.
