摘要 Objective:To study the effect of serum miR-208 on platelet function, inflammatory response and myocardial injury in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Patients with acute myocardial infarction and those with unstable angina pectoris who were treated in Ankang Central Hospital between June 2015 and October 2017 were selected as the AMI group and UAP group of the research respectively;the healthy volunteers who received physical examination in Ankang Central Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The miR-208 expression, platelet parameters, inflammatory response cytokines and myocardial injury markers were measured. Results: Serum miR-208 expression, PAF, TGF-β1, IL-10, TNF-α, sICAM1, sVCAM1, Myo, CK-MB, LDH and H-FABP contents as well as platelet surface C3aR, C5aR and GPIIb/IIIa expression intensity of AMI group and UAP group were significantly higher than those of control group, and serum miR-208 expression, PAF, TGF-β1, IL-10, TNF-α, sICAM1, sVCAM1, Myo, CK-MB, LDH and H-FABP contents as well as platelet surface C3aR, C5aR and GPIIb/IIIa expression intensity of AMI group were significantly higher than those of UAP group. Conclusion: The high expression of serum miR-208 can aggravate the platelet activation, inflammatory response activation and myocardial injury in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
