摘要
民用爆炸物品作为用于非军事目的的爆炸物品,在管理不当的情况下可能引发爆炸事故,造成人员伤亡和财产损失.基于民用爆炸物品的危险性,我国制定了诸多法律法规、标准规定,用于规范民用爆炸物品的生产、运输、使用及管理.主要对民用爆炸物品安全技术管理对策进行了分析.
Explosives used for non-military purposes may cause explosions,resulting in casualties and property damage.Based on the danger of civilian explosives,China has formulated a number of laws,regulations and standards to regulate the production,transportation,use and management of civilian explosives.The article mainly analyzes the countermeasures for the safety technology of civil explosives.
