介绍了河北沧州聚隆化工有限公司AVC分厂单体压缩工段压缩机更新升级,经过选型淘汰老旧的LW-40/10-X活塞式的压缩机,选择更换效率高的LU400W-7T型氯乙烯螺杆压缩机,从而达到提质增效的目的,促进了公司的安全生产.
This paper introduces the update and upgrade of the compressor of the single compression section of the AVC branch of Hebei Yinzhou Julong Chemical Co.,Ltd.After the selection,the old LW-40/10-X piston type compressor is eliminated,and the LU400W with high replacement efficiency is selected.7T vinyl chloride screw compressor,in order to achieve the purpose of quality and efficiency,and effectively promote the company’s safe production.
