The Role of Comprehensive Chemical Experiment Reform in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

党的十九大报告再次强调创新驱动发展的新发展理念.创新驱动发展的模式实质上是创新人才驱动模式,因此当下大学教育必须以培养创新人才为基本纲要.针对化学综合实验教学中的问题,结合国家创新驱动发展的战略纲要,探讨了化学综合实验教学综合改革必要性,以及化学综合实验教学综合改革在创新人才培养中的作用.通过几年化学综合实验综合改革与创新人才培养实践,发现化学综合实验综合改革对创新人才培养起了非常重要的作用,主要表现在培养了学生的创新理念,激发了他们的创新兴趣,锻炼了他们的创新能力.

The nineteen major reports of the party emphasize the new development concept of innovation driven development.Innovation-driven development is essentially an innovative talent driven mode.So,at present,university education must be based on the cultivation of innovative talents.Aiming at the problems in experimental teaching of analytical chemistry in our university,combined with the strategic outline of national innovation driven development,the necessity of comprehensive reform of analytical chemistry experiment teaching was discussed in this paper.And the role of comprehensive reform in Analytical Chemistry Experiment Teaching in the cultivation of innovative talents is also discussed.Through several years of teaching reform and innovative personnel training practice,the research group found that the comprehensive reform of analytical chemistry experiment played a very important role in innovative personnel training.It has cultivated students'innovative ideas,stimulated their interest in innovation,and trained their creativity.
