激冷氮气量与开工预热炉出口温度的关系

摘要 在煤气化装置开车阶段,通常由开工预热炉将气化炉系统由常温预热至煤粉或煤浆可以与氧气直接反应的温度,在开工预热炉将气化炉预热的过程中,所使用的燃料气量、燃烧空气量与激冷氮气量都会随着气化炉温度的变化而变化,通过模拟计算给出燃料气量与激冷氮气消耗量的关系,以满足在整个开工预热阶段操作人员快速调节或者DCS自动调节相关激冷氮气的使用要求. In the start-up stage of a coal gasifier,the gasifier system is usually preheated by a start-up preheater to the temperature at which pulverized coal or pulverized coal slurry can react directly with oxygen.In the process of preheating the gasifier in the start-up preheater,the amount of fuel gas,combustion air and quenched nitrogen used will change with the change of the gasifier temperature.This paper will give a simulation calculation.The relationship between fuel gas consumption and chilled nitrogen consumption can satisfy the requirement of quick adjustment by operators or automatic adjustment by DCS during the whole pre-heating stage.
