摘要
中海化学富岛公司化肥二部的尿素装置常压吸收塔306D排放废气中的氨为自行监测项目,一直以来,306D的采样点在采样过程中存在水分含量大且氨含量较高,导致采集的样品代表性差,不能准确测定排放废气中氨的含量.通过不同的采样方式对比,解决高水分含量及高含量氨对采样代表性的影响,提高了306D烟囱排放废气中氨含量测量的准确性.
The ammonia in the 306D atmospheric pressure absorption tower of the urea plant in the second chemical fertilizer department of China overseas chemical fudao co.,LTD is a self-monitoring project,For a long time,the sampling point at 306D has a large moisture content and a high ammonia content during the sampling process,resulting in the poor representativeness of the samples taken and the inability to accurately determine the ammonia content in the exhaust gas.accurately measured.Through comparison of different sampling methods,this paper aims to solve the influence of high moisture content and high ammonia content on the sampling representativeness,and improve the accuracy of ammonia content measurement in the exhaust gas of 306D chimney.
