摘要
主要对虾油采用高效液相色谱联合ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱法,对虾油中的无机砷进行检测,基于ICP-MS等离子体质谱来测定As(5)和As(3)的含量,实验结果最终表明,两种无机砷可以满足国家水产调味卫生标准所提出的规定,可以使用.
This study mainly used HPC in shrimp oil;high performance liquid chromatography combined with ICP-MS inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to detect inorganic arsenic in shrimp oil;ICP-MS based plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the contents of As(V)and As(III).Lateral test results showed that the two kinds of inorganic arsenic could meet the requirements of National Aquatic seasoning hygiene standards.
