摘要 2018年5月,中化泉州石化公司动力站装置除氧器新增乏汽回收系统,系统投运一段时间后,发现乏汽回收系统出现故障停泵后,另外一台备用泵无法自启.停泵后,除氧器入口流量减少200t/h水量,瞬间造成除氧器水位下降,锅炉给水断水停炉,给生产正常运行造成重大影响.基于此,重点提出了泵备用自启优化及接线改造方法. In May 2018,a new exhaust steam recovery system was added to the deaerator of the power station of Quanzhou Petrochemical Company.After the system was put into operation for a period of time,it was found that after the exhaust steam recovery system failed to shut down,another standby pump could not start itself.After stopping the pump,the deaerator inlet flow reduces by 200t/h,which causes the deaerator water level to drop instantaneously,and the boiler feedwater shuts off,which has a great impact on the normal operation of production.In this paper,the optimization of pump standby self-startup and the method of wiring modification are emphatically put forward.
