摘要
通过对氢调法生产高融熔指数薄壁注塑聚丙烯树脂工艺路线的研究及工艺参数的优化,生产了符合要求的基础树脂,再经调整稳定剂加入比例,制得熔融指数超过 62g/10min、弯曲弹性模量超过1 500MPa、简支梁冲击强度高于2.4kJ/m2的聚丙烯.
Through the research on the process route of producing high melting index thin-wall injection molding polypropylene resin by hydrogen modulation method and the optimization of technological parameters,the basic resin which meets the requirements is obtained,and then the proportion of stabilizer is adjusted.Polypropylene resin with melting index of more than 62g/10min and flexural modulus of more than 1500MPA was obtained.The impact strength of simple beam was higher than that of 2.4kJ/m2.
