摘要 传统的煤气化粗渣脱水工艺具有脱水效率低、环境危害大、资源浪费等缺点.为改善以上缺点,首先分析了煤气化粗渣的产生过程及其性质,然后以中小型企业的资本现状为参照,提出了具体的工艺设计要求,并针对具体要求进行了煤气化粗渣脱水工艺设计及实施,分析新的工艺设计可以带来的经济效益及社会效益. The traditional coal gasification slag dewatering process has the disadvantages of low dehydration efficiency,high environmental hazard and waste of resources.In order to effectively improve the above shortcomings,the coal slag generation process and its properties are first analyzed,and then small and medium enterprises The status quo of the capital is referenced,and the specific process design requirements are put forward.The design and implementation of the coal gasification coarse slag dewatering process are carried out according to the specific requirements,and the economic and social benefits brought by the new process design can be analyzed.
