摘要 从合成塔压力控制及氨水槽浓度两方面分析了CO2汽提法未满负荷生产的原因,提出了控制合成塔NH3/CO2投料比,降低调温水温度,提高工艺的操作稳定性等优化措施.通过优化前后参数对比,尿素平均产量107.6t/h,达到设计要求;平均合成压力13.98MPa,循环压力0.245MPa,氨水槽中氨水浓度4.91%,均符合设计要求,优化效果明显;为操作人员提供操作思路和相关经验,从而确保装置运行的稳定和安全. The reasons for the under-load production of CO2 stripping method were analyzed from the aspects of pressure control of synthesis tower and ammonia tank concentration.The optimization of NH3/CO2 feed ratio of synthesis tower,reduction of temperature of temperature control water and improvement of operation stability of the process were proposed.Measures.By optimizing the pre/post parameter comparison,the average urea yield is 107.6t/h,which meets the design requirements;the average synthetic pressure is 13.98MPa,the circulating pressure is 0.245MPa,and the ammonia water concentration in the ammonia tank is 4.91%,which meets the design requirements,and the optimization effect is obvious;The operator provides operational ideas and relevant experience to ensure stable and safe operation of the unit.
