摘要
针对GE水煤浆气化炉洗涤塔安全阀在压力未达到起跳压力时发生故障起跳的情况,通过两起安全阀故障起跳的原因进行分析,认为造成两次安全阀故障起跳的根本原因是环境气温低,并提出了相应的防范措施.
The safety valve of GE coal slurry gasifier scrubbing tower fails when the pressure does not reach the take-off pressure.This paper analyzes the causes of the two safety valve faults.It is believed that the root cause of the two safety valve faults is the environment.The temperature is low and corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
