摘要 光功率计作为当前智能变电站光纤链路通信质量检查的主要测试设备,需要人工依据光纤连接图、表来匹配光口计算衰耗,效率低下、工作量大、出错率高,因此,提出一种全新测试光功率的方法,依据智能变电站SCD配置文件、IEC61850报文协议,自动匹配识别被测IED设备,自动匹配接收、发送光口,自动计算衰耗记录测试结果并生成测试报告.经现场验证,该方法可提高智能变电站光纤回路测试效率,实用性强. The optical power meter is the main test equipment of the current intelligent substation optical fiber link communication quality inspection,It needs to match the optical port manually according to the fiber connection diagram and calculate the consumption,Therefore,it is characterized by low efficiency,heavy workload and high error rate.A new method for measuring optical power is presented in this paper,According to SCD configuration file of intelligent substation and IEC 61850 message protocol,automatic matching and identification of tested IED equipment,automatic matching of receiving and sending optical ports,automatic calculation of failure logging test results and generation of test reports.It is proved that this method is very practical,it can greatly improve the testing efficiency of the fiber circuit of the intelligent substation.
