摘要
高校学术管理体制建设是高校管理工作的核心,是建立现代大学制度的必要因素.学风的发展与建设需要完善的学术管理体制予以保障;而加强学风建设,创建良好的学术环境对高校学术管理体制改革与创新具有推动作用.多维思考高校学术管理体制建设与学风建设,以此为研究视角,分析学术发展现状,针对当前出现的问题提出改进措施.
The construction of university academic management system is the core of university management and the essen—tial factor of establishing modern university system.The development and construction of study style need perfect academic management system to guarantee;Strengthening the construction of study style and creating a good academic environment will promote the reform and innovation of academic management system in colleges and universities.Multi—dimensional thinking on the construction of academic management system and academic style in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of academic development from a research perspective,and puts forward improvement measures for the current problems.
