摘要
To the editor: A 3-year-old girl presented with a scalp protrusion and pain. Two weeks before presentation, she was unsteady on her feet and fell off her bed, but no treatment was sought as her parents were not available. Bleeding was minor at the time of the fall. The child reported pain to the mother during the following two weeks, and her parents subsequently consulted a surgeon in the local hospital. The doctor diagnosed her with calcifying epithelioma and decided to remove the lesion for biopsy by surgical resection. The girl visited our dermatology clinic for further treatment.
