国家智能电网建设是国家电力系统重要的战略规划,经过10余年的发展,我国智能电网建设已经踏上了一个新的台阶.在这种背景下,电力企业核心竞争再次从技术层面转移到服务层面.本文阐述智能电网背景下创新电力营销模式的必要性,通过树立正确的服务理念,建立优质服务管理制度,制定有效的个性化服务策略,加强用户参与积极性,来全面提升电力营销优质服务,提升企业核心竞争力,助力电力企业发展.
National smart grid construction is an important strategic plan for the national power system.After more than 10 years of development,China’s smart grid construction has embarked on a new level.In this context,the core competition of power companies has once again shifted from the technical level to the service level.In view of this situation,this paper describes the necessity of innovating the power marketing model under the background of smart grid.By establishing the correct service concept,establishing a quality service management system,formulating an effective personalized service strategy,and strengthening user participation enthusiasm,comprehensively improve Power marketing quality services,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and help the development of power companies.
