In today’s market economy,power supply enterprises must focus on customer service,change their thinking mode,redesign the organizational structure,and provide high-quality electricity service.Firstly,this paper introduces the function of highquality power supply service under the new situation,then analyses the characteristics of power supply service and the main problems existing,and finally gives the way of innovative management of power supply service,aiming at providing certain reference value for the promotion of high-quality power supply service,so as to meet the power demand of the broad masses of the people.
