断路器机械性带电检测技术的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 黄冈市目前拥有110 kV及以上变电站85座,包含各类型断路器数量众多,由于现在的设备试验仅限于停电检修,检修周期为2~6年.在这个检修周期内,由于没有有效的带电检测设备,不能很好地掌握断路器的各项技术参数是否符合要求,导致在部分断路器分合闸不可靠,在事故跳闸时,断路器的拒分、拒合将扩大停电区域,造成负荷损失.本文通过研究断路器带电测量设备,实现对断路器带电和停电测试,为全面评估断路器健康状态提供借鉴. Huanggang City currently has 85 substations of 110 kV and above,including a large number of circuit breakers.Since the current test equipment is limited to power outage maintenance,the maintenance period is 2-6 years.During this maintenance period,because there is no effective charging detection equipment,it is impossible to grasp whether the technical parameters of the circuit breaker meet the requirements,resulting in unreliable opening and closing of some circuit breakers,and rejection of the circuit breaker when the accident trips.The division and rejection will expand the power outage area and cause load loss.By studying the live measuring device of the circuit breaker,the test of the live and power failure of the circuit breaker is realized,which provides a basis for comprehensive evaluation of the health status of the circuit breaker.
