Cause Analysis and Suggestions on Oil Leakage of a 220 kV Oil-immersed Transformer Core Location Seal Plate

220 kV变压器作为变电站内最重要的设备,其正常安全健康运行对整个变电站的供电可靠性甚至电网的安全稳定性都有着至关重要的作用.变压器油在油浸式变压器中主要起绝缘、冷却和散热的作用,在变压器正常运行过程中,必须保证变压器各连接部位和密封部位密封胶垫密封可靠,使其油位保持在合理的区间,更不能在任何部位出现渗漏油现象,一旦出现渗漏油,必须对其进行处理.本文通过对油浸式变压器油渗漏油缺陷分类和处理方法进行归纳,并针对一起220 kV油浸式变压器顶部铁芯封板漏油案例进行了具体原因分析和提出了相关建议,仅供参考.

As the most important equipment in substation,the normal safe and healthy operation of 220 kV transformer plays a vital role in the reliability of the whole substation and even the safety and stability of the power grid.Transformer oil mainly plays the role of insulation,cooling and heat dissipation in oil-immersed transformer.In the normal operation of transformer,it is necessary to ensure the reliability of sealing gasket sealing at all connecting parts and sealing parts of transformer,so as to keep the oil level in a reasonable range,and not to cause oil leakage in any part.Once oil leakage occurs,it must be treated.In this paper,oil leakage defects of oil-immersed transformer are classified and treated,and a case of oil leakage of iron core sealing plate on top of 220 kV oil-immersed transformer is analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward for reference only.
