摘要
本文探讨华锐风力发电机组UPS电源优化方案,找到可行的办法解决UPS电源故障导致的机组停机问题.通过理论分析和现场实际数据分析UPS电源的特点,研究UPS电源损坏的原因,提出将UPS电源放置于一处通风性良好位置的方案.在批量机组进行UPS电源优化改进后,UPS电源故障次数明显减少,故障率显著下降,成效斐然.在UPS电源优化改进后,改进的效果充分弥补了原机组对UPS电源的设计缺陷,很好地解决了UPS电源的故障问题.延长了UPS电源的使用寿命,降低了机组故障率,有效提高了机组可利用率,切实提高了风电场的经济效益.
Objective:To explore the optimization scheme of UPS power supply for Huarui Wind Turbine and find a feasible solution to the problem of unit shutdown caused by UPS power failure.Methods:Through theoretical analysis and field data analysis,the characteristics of UPS power supply were analyzed,the causes of UPS power supply damage were studied,and the scheme of placing UPS power supply in a well ventilated position was put forward.Result:After the UPS power optimization improvement in batch units,the number of UPS power failures was significantly reduced,and the failure rate was significantly reduced,with remarkable results.CONCLUSION:After the optimization and improvement of UPS power supply,the improved effect fully compensates for the design defects of UPS power supply of the original unit,and solves the problem of UPS power supply fault well.It prolongs the service life of UPS power supply,reduces the failure rate of units,effectively improves the utilization rate of units,and effectively improves the economic benefits of wind farms.
