摘要 随着空冷技术的快速发展,空冷机组的投入运行越来越普遍,弊端也逐渐显现.主要表现为运行背压偏高,且受环境温度影响大等问题.尤其在夏季高温时段,空冷机组背压大幅上升,导致空冷机组供电煤耗普遍偏高,并且直接空冷机组在夏季高温大风期间极易出现背压过高,汽轮机带不满负荷被迫降负荷的情况,高背压运行严重威胁机组的安全、经济运行.为防止夏季高负荷期间发生机组出力受限,改善空冷机组迎峰度夏能力,降低机组背压有重要意义. With the rapid development of air-cooling technology,the more common the air-cooled unit is put into operation,the drawbacks of air-cooled units are gradually emerging.Mainly manifested as high back pressure,and affected by environmental temperature.Especially in the high temperature period in summer,the back pressure of the air-cooled unit increases sharply,which leads to the high coal consumption of the air-cooled unit.The direct air-cooling unit is prone to high back-pressure during the high temperature and high winds in summer.The steam turbine is under load and is forced to reduce the load.Pressure operation seriously threatens the safety and economic operation of the unit.In order to prevent the limited output of the unit during the high load period in summer,it is of great significance to improve the peaking capacity of the air-cooled unit and reduce the back pressure of the unit.
