关于智能学习型检定系统的分析与研究

摘要 随着智能计量设备的普及,自动化检定系统应运而生.为保障自动化检定系统长时间稳定、正常运行,本文在自动化检定系统的基础上提出了基于学习型的智能检定系统.其在自动化检定系统的基础上增加了系统硬件性能实时监测、系统故障信息实时收集、多功能检定仓的自校验流程,从而保障自动化检定系统持续、正常运行;增加开机自检流程、授时同步流程、不合格表位统计流程、自动压接可靠性流程等,进一步优化了系统稳定性;同时,其还集成了数据分析系统、故障监测分析系统等分析系统,能够帮助用户查询、统计系统存在的问题,为用户提供针对性的解决方案,为领导提供数据化决策依据.本文提出的基于学习型智能检定系统不仅能够保障自动化检定系统持续、高效、稳定运行,还能降低智能电能计量设备的误检率以及提高运维人员的工作效率. With the popularity of smart electric metering equipment,automatic verification systems have emerged.In order to guarantee the long-term stable and normal operation of the automatic verification system,we propose a learning-based intelligent verification system based on the automatic verification system.On the basis of the automatic verification system,it comprises the realtime monitoring of system hardware performance,the real-time collection of system fault information and the self-checking process of multi-function verification equipment,which ensure the continuous and normal operation of the automatic verification system;the system stability is further optimized by adding the boot up self-inspection process,the timing synchronization process,the unqualified meter position statistic process and the automatic connection reliability process;at the same time,it also integrates the data analysis system and the fault monitoring analysis system to make users be able to query or analyze the system problems,which can offer targeted solutions to users and provide data-based decision for leaders.The learning-based intelligent verification system proposed in this papernot onlyguarantees the continuous,efficient and stable operation of the automatic verification system,but also reduces the false detection rate of smart electric metering equipment and raises the working efficiency of operation and maintenance staff.
