摘要
一次调频是指电网的频率一旦偏离额定值时,电网中机组的控制系统就自动地控制机组有功功率的增减,限制电网频率变化,使电网频率维持稳定的自动控制过程.通州热电公司机组为燃气蒸汽联合循环机组,本文分析了通州热电机组一次调频性能不能满足调度要求的原因,并提出了一种优化方法,使得一次调频性能满足要求.
Primary frequency modulation means that once the frequency of the grid deviates from the rated value,the control system of the unit in the power grid automatically controls the increase and decrease of the active power of the unit,limits the frequency change of the grid,and maintains the automatic control process of the grid frequency.The Tongzhou Thermal Power Company is a gasfired combined cycle unit.This paper analyzes the reasons why the primary frequency performance of Tongzhou Thermal Power Unit cannot meet the scheduling requirements,and proposes an optimization method to make the primary frequency performance meet the requirements.
