摘要
电力是人们生活的基础,供电的可靠性决定着人们能否正常生活,也决定生产能否进行.本文主要从供电可靠性提升措施优选的量化评价方法进行分析,以可靠性量化指标分析为基础,提出可靠性提升措施的实施度指标.
Electricity is the foundation of people’s lives.The reliability of power supply determines people’s normal life and determines whether production can proceed.It is mainly analyzed from the quantitative evaluation method of power supply reliability improvement measures.Based on the reliability quantitative index analysis,the implementation index of reliability improvement measures is proposed.
