摘要
换流站作为高压直流输电系统中的重要组成部分,随着电网覆盖范围的增加,以及用户对供电质量要求的不断提升,换流站的重要价值也得到了进一步的突显.近年来,空气污染问题日益严重,雾霾、扬尘的发生频率增加,换流站复合支柱绝缘子由于长期暴露在空气中,在粉尘、磁场等影响下,设备表面容易粘附一些灰尘、泥垢,如果不能进行定期处理,对绝缘子设备的正常使用也会造成负面影响.由于换流站复合支柱绝缘子数量较多,人工清洗效率低,本文提出了一种自动化的智能清洁机器人,并就其工作原理、应用优势、操作方法和使用注意事项等进行了简要分析.
As an important part of HVDC transmission system,the important value of converter station has been further highlighted with the increasing coverage of power grid and the increasing demand of users for power supply quality.In recent years,the problem of air pollution has become more and more serious.The frequency of haze and dust has increased.Due to long-term exposure to the air,the composite support insulator of converter station is easy to adhere to some dust and dirt on the surface of equipment under the influence of dust and magnetic field.If it can not be treated regularly,the normal use of insulator equipment will also be negatively affected.Due to the large number of composite post insulators in converter station and the low efficiency of manual cleaning,this paper presents an automatic intelligent cleaning robot,and briefly analyses its working principle,application advantages,operation methods and matters needing attention in use.
