配网巡视及终端故障测试系统

摘要 先进的自动化技术在配电系统中应用日益广泛,配网智能化程度越来越高,对配电运维人员的专业技术水平提出了更高的要求.利用主流的分布式智能电源技术、物联网技术、模拟仿真技术以及程控加载设故技术,结合智能配网设备及终端的物理仿真,建设模拟生产现场的配网巡视及终端故障测试系统,实现配网巡视工作任务培训及常规生产中常见的和不易发生的运行工况、故障异常的灵活模拟控制,对配电运维检修人员及新入职员工进行配网运行维护、自动化控制原理、系统设备安装调试等方面的培训,达到提高配电运维检修人员的认识水平、满足技能培训及考核鉴定的需求. Leading automation technology is increasingly widely used in distribution system,and the degree of distribution network intellectualization is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for the professional and technical level of distribution operation and maintenance personnel.Using the mainstream distributed intelligent power supply technology,Internet of Things technology,simulation technology and programmable loading technology,combined with the physical simulation of intelligent distribution network equipment and terminals,a distribution network patrol and terminal fault test system is built to simulate the production site,and the task training of distribution network patrol and the flexibility of common and non-easy operating conditions and abnormal faults in routine production are realized.Live analog control is used to train distribution network maintenance,automation control principle,installation and debugging of system equipment for distribution operation and maintenance personnel and new employees,so as to improve the awareness level of distribution operation and maintenance personnel and meet the needs of skill training and assessment and appraisal.
