白鹿原水厂低压配电柜整定值调整

摘要 白鹿原水厂位于西安市白鹿原狄寨,日均供水量为25万m3,是西安市自来水有限公司下属主力供水厂之一.白鹿原水厂的低压配电系统为分散式控制,通过运行车间的10台低压柜向厂区各单体进行供电.运行车间采用施耐德OKKEN低压柜,通过母联柜进行负载的切换.低压配电柜进线断路器整定值的调整关系到整个低压配电系统的正常运行.整定数值过低,会导致大面积跳闸停电的现象.整定值过高,会失去保护动作的灵敏性.上下级进线断路器整定值调整的不合理,会出现越级跳闸,扩大事故范围.因此,如何准确地设定进线断路器的整定值,是关系到企业能否正常生产的关键问题.本文通过实例,对低压配电柜进线断路器整定值的调整方法进行详细说明. Bailuyuan Water Plant is located in Dizhai,Bailu,Xi’an,with an average daily water supply of 250,000 m3/d.It is one of the main water supply plants under Xi’an Water Supply Co.,Ltd.The low-voltage power distribution system of Bailuyuan Water Plant is distributed control,and power is supplied to each unit in the plant through 10 low-voltage cabinets in the workshop.The operation workshop adopts Schneider OKKEN low-voltage cabinet to switch the load through the mother cabinet.The adjustment of the setting value of the incoming circuit breaker of the low-voltage power distribution cabinet is related to the normal operation of the entire lowvoltage power distribution system.If the setting value is too low,it will lead to large-scale tripping and power failure.If the setting value is too high,the sensitivity of the protection action will be lost.If the adjustment of the setting value of the upper and lower line circuit breakers is unreasonable,there will be a leap-level trip to expand the scope of the accident.Therefore,how to accurately set the setting value of the incoming circuit breaker is a key issue related to whether the enterprise can produce normally.In this paper,the adjustment method of the setting value of the incoming circuit breaker of the low-voltage power distribution cabinet is explained in detail through examples.It is hoped that it can provide some reference for the adjustment of the parameters of the low-voltage power distribution system of the relevant industrial enterprises.
