摘要
海水钻井液废液需要进行减量化处理,必须进行固液分离.对于模拟的海水钻井液废液,优选的混凝剂为PF-PCF,由一种阳离子双子型聚丙烯酰胺(分子量300万,阳离子度15%),使用浓度为7 500 mg/L,絮凝分离后上清液的pH=6.94,脱水率为55.7%,脱出水较清.使用Materials Studio 2017 R2软件,分析了加入混凝剂前后,海水钻井液废液体系的能量绝对值由937.733 kcal/mol,降至390.518 kcal/mol,下降率为58.4%,有利于海水钻井液废液的固液分离.
Reduction processing of seawater drilling fluid waste needs to be carried out,and solid-liquid separation is necessary.In this paper,simulated seawater drilling fluid waste was treated by 7 500 mg/L preferred coagulant PF-PCF,a cationic gemini polyacrylamide(molecular weight 3 million,cationicity 15%).After flocculation separation,the pH of the supernatant was 6.94,the dehydration rate was 55.7%,and the water was clear.The absolute value of the energy of the seawater drilling fluid waste liquid system was analyzed by Materials Studio 2017 R2 software,it reduced from 937.733 kcal/mol to 390.518 kcal/mol,and the decrease rate was 58.4%,which was conducive to solid-liquid separation of seawater drilling fluid waste.
