提高内蒙古乌拉特中旗褐煤腐植酸产率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以内蒙古乌拉特中旗褐煤为原料,通过单因素实验研究了褐煤腐植酸的提取工艺以及催化氧化褐煤残渣制备腐植酸以提高腐植酸产率.实验表明:腐植酸产品恒重干燥温度为60 ℃,干燥时间为6 h;内蒙古乌拉特中旗褐煤腐植酸最佳提取工艺条件为:NaOH浓度为1.0 mol/L、反应时间为1.5 h、反应温度为60 ℃时,其中腐植酸的产率为21.63%;应用催化氧化法后褐煤腐植酸的产率由21.63%提高到38.03%. The extraction technology of humic acid from lignite and the preparation of humic acid from lignite residue by catalytic oxidation were studied by single factor experiments.The results showed that the constant weight drying temperature of humic acid product was 60℃and the drying time was 6 h;when the concentration of NaOH was 1.0 mol/L,the reaction time was 1.5 h and the reaction temperature was 60℃,the extraction rate of humic acid was 21.63%;The extraction rate of humic acid from lignite was increased from 21.63%to 38.03%by using catalytic oxidation process.
