摘要
钽粉及钽丝在马弗炉内充分氧化,应用直流电弧光谱仪对五氧化二钽中钇元素进行检测.用Y2O3做光斑,用300 μg/g的标准点做扫描峰和时序分析,确定积分位置和积分时间,钇元素的谱线选择320.223 nm,缓冲剂为碳粉和氯化钠按7∶1配制,样品与缓冲剂的比例为1∶1,方法的线性范围为3~1 000μg/g,加标回收率在93.3%~103.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于7.7%.
Tantalum powder and tantalum wire were fully oxidized in a muffle furnace.The yttrium element in tantalum pentoxide was determined by DC arc emission spectrometer.Using high purity Y2O3 as facula and 300 ug/g standard point as scanning peak,the integral position was determined.The integration time was determined by using 300μg/g standard point as time series analysis.The spectral line of yttrium was 320.223 nm,the buffer was carbon powder and sodium chloride was prepared by 7∶1,the ratio of sample to buffer was 1∶1,the method linear scope is 3~1 000μg/g,adds the sign returns-ratio between 93.3%~103.3%,the determination value relatively standard deviation(n=10)is smaller than 7.7%.
