摘要
从液力机械变矩器性能试验出现的故障和现场解决方法中提出问题,通过了解主机传动系统中液力变矩器、变速箱和万向节的安装工艺要求,分析万向节、联轴节和输入、输出轴的安装结构特点,可为相关机组之间通过万向传动联接的结构设计提供依据和设计经验.
This paper raises the problem from the faults and on-site solutions of the hydraulic mechanical torque converter performance test.By understanding the installation process requirements of the hydraulic torque converter,gearbox and universal joint in the main drive system,the analysis of the universal joint and ioint The installation structure of the shaft j oint and the input and output shafts.It can provide basis and design experience for the structural design of the joint unit through the universal joint.
