摘要
RV减速器传动精度主要受摆线轮动特性的影响.以RV-80E为研究对象,应用SolidWorks软件对其参数化实体建模,结合ANSYS有限元软件仿真了约束边界和自由边界下摆线轮的固有频率和模态,分析了摆线轮的振动特性.结果 表明,摆线轮的最大变形位置为穿透孔外侧的摆线齿廓处,针对结构的薄弱环节进行结构优化,有效改善了其固有特性.
The transmission accuracy of RV reducer is mainly affected by cycloidal gear transmission accura—cy.Taking RV-80E as the research object,parameterized solid modeling of cycloid wheel is carried out by SolidWorks.The model vibration and natural frequency under constraint boundary and free boundary are simulated by ANSYS finite element method.The vibration characteristics of cycloid wheel are confirmed by simulation analysis.The results show that the natural frequency and resonance of cycloidal gear can be reduced by changing the material of cycloidal gear and the structure of cycloidal gear through holes,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of vibration and noise reduction of reducer.
