摘要
员工是企业最宝贵的财富,而员工的职业倦怠感则是企业发展的重大阻力.本文以沈阳某大型汽车制造厂为例,通过对其员工的职业倦怠行为形成原因进行分析,提出相应的对策.可以为员工职业倦怠问题的研究提供具有参考性的建议.
Employees are the most valuable asset,and employee burnout is a major resistance for enterprise development.This paper takes a large automobile factory in Shenyang city as an example to analyze the causes of the job burnout behavior of its employees and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Can provide a reference for the study of job burnout issues.
