浅析互联网时代下企业领导者的灰度领导力

摘要 中国企业正处于转型改革的攻坚区,企业发展离不开领导者的力量.21世纪是互联网经济时代,各大企业或者中小型企业开始不断的触网,企业生存的环境也在不断的发展当中,单一要素对于企业发展的影响基本不存在,取而代之的是复杂多变的市场环境以及竞争环境,这些对于企业领导者来说是极大的考验,灰度领导力就是在当前的环境下应运而生的.本文将从互联网时代背景出发,全面阐述企业领导者需要具备的灰度领导力的基本内涵以及实际影响.
