关于民营企业融资问题的研究综述

摘要 针对我国民营企业融资面临着诸如过分依赖商业银行进行融资等问题,今年来我国金融领域的出现了一些创新,但是,我国民营企业的'关系融资',在民营企业外源性融资无法满足的背景下,基于中国传统的家族文化,在家族关系网(主要是亲朋好友)范围内进行的融资普遍存在.解决民营企业融资难的问题,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,需要进一步改善民营企业融资的外部环境,深化金融商业银行与资本市场改革,提高民营企业透明度等.
