摘要
主要介绍顶板梁作为锅炉结构安装中最重的承力构件,在安装过程中对于其整体在地面拼装后体积过大,重量太重,吊装风险高等问题,实践并提出了可行的安装施工方法,对安装工程中重大钢构件的施工安装有参考意义.
This article mainly introduces the top beam as the most important bearing member in boiler structure installation.During the installation process,the feasible installation and construction methods are put forward forthe problems oflarge volume,heavy weight andhigh lifting risk ofthe whole assembly on the ground.It is ofreference significance to the construction and installation of heavy steel members in the installation engineering.
