光学相干断层成像技术在胰胆管良恶性狭窄诊断中的应用研究进展

Application of optical coherence tomography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pancreaticobiliary stricture

摘要 光学相干断层成像技术作为一种新型光学成像技术,具有高分辨率、高探测深度、无电离辐射、快速且无创等特性。该技术可以通过视化组织断层和亚细胞级别的形态学特征完成胰胆导管系统的组织微结构成像,实现临床胰胆管良恶性狭窄的精确诊断,为个体化治疗提供重要依据,在消化道疾病的诊疗方面具有巨大的开发潜力和发展前景。本文将系统性对比胰胆管狭窄不同诊断学方法和各种影像学诊断方法,综述了当前光学相干断层成像技术在胰胆管良恶性狭窄诊断中的应用现状和未来发展方向,为临床相关研究及实践提供参考价值。
