景深延长型人工晶状体设计与材料的研究进展

摘要 随着白内障手术技术的进步和人工晶状体材料的创新,屈光性白内障手术已经成为主流手术。景深延长(EDOF)型人工晶状体(IOL)可实现光线的纵向扩展聚焦,进而扩大清晰视野,提供较理想的远、中、近视力,使许多患者获得了满意的视觉质量,已成为屈光性白内障手术的新选择。笔者综述了EDOF型IOL的光学设计原理、材料特性以及临床应用的效果和挑战,旨在为EDOF型IOL的选择和改进提供参考,以期进一步提升手术效果。 With the advancement of cataract surgery techniques and the innovation of intraocular lens materials,refractive cataract surgery has become mainstream.Extended depth of field(EDOF)intraocular lenses(IOLs)can achieve longitudinal extended focusing of light,thereby expanding the clear field of vision.They can provide ideal far,intermediate,and near distances,enabling many patients to achieve satisfactory visual quality.EDOF IOLs have emerged as a new choice for refractive cataract surgery.This article reviews the optical design principles,material properties,clinical application effects and challenges associated with EDOF IOLs,aiming to provide references for the selection and improvement of these lenses,in order to further improve surgical outcomes and benefit more cataract patients.
