基于数字技术的皮肤病学研究前沿、热点和发展趋势可视化分析

Visual analysis of dermatology research frontiers,hotspots and development trends based on digital technology

摘要 目的系统性梳理基于数字技术的皮肤病学研究现状、前沿和热点等,并探讨其潜在的研究热点和发展趋势。方法基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,下载自数据库建立至2024年3月31日该领域全部原始研究性论文的相关数据。应用Excel2021、PyCharm Community Edition 2022.1.3和Origin2021对该领域科学研究现状和发展趋势进行文献计量学分析,采用VOSviewers1.6.20和CiteSpace6.3.R1等对该领域科学研究的前沿、热点和发展趋势进行可视化分析。结果共获得4190篇论文,发表数量排名前3位的国家/地区依次为美国(1669篇)、中国(372篇)和德国(352篇),机构依次为哈佛大学(210篇)、加州大学系统(196篇)和哈佛医学院(161篇)。美国迈阿密大学在该领域的学术影响力排在全球首位,我国在该领域目前位于全球第三大科研集群的领先地位。期刊方面以J Am Acad Dermatol发表的论文数量最多,且学术影响力最高。研究热点主要涉及疾病管理、预防、危险因素、表达、治疗、肿瘤和诊断等方面,研究前沿主要涉及人工智能(AI)、诊断、监测、治疗和预后等方面。结论基于数字技术的皮肤病学研究正处于快速发展阶段,数字技术已被广泛应用于皮肤病学的不同研究领域。预测未来更多研究将集中于卷积神经网络模型诊断皮肤肿瘤和基于AI的皮肤病远程医疗。 Objective To systematically review the current status,frontiers and hotspots of digital technology-based dermatology research and to explore potential research hotspots and development trends in this research field.Methods Relevant data of all original research papers included in the Web of Science core collection database from its establishment to March 31,2024 were collected.Using Excel2021,PyCharm Community Edition 2022.1.3 and Origin2021,a bibliometric analysis was conducted to reveal the status quo and development trend of research in this field.VOSviewers1.6.20 and CiteSpace6.3.R1 were used for visual analysis of the frontiers,hot-spots and development trends of research in this field.Results A total of 4,190 papers were obtained.The top three countries/regions in terms of the number of publications were the United States(1669),China(372),and Germany(352),with Harvard University(210),the University of California System(196),and Harvard Medical School(161)ranking as the top institutions.The University of Miami had the highest academic influence in this field globally,and China currently held a leading position in the third largest research cluster in the world in this field.In terms of journals,the most papers were published in J Am Acad Dermatol,with the highest academic influence.We identified that the research hot-spots primarily focusing on disease management,prevention,risk factors,expression,treatment,tumors and diagnosis,and the research frontiers mainly encompass artificial intelligence,diagnosis,monitoring,prognosis and treatment.Conclusion Dermatology research based on digital technology is experiencing rapid development and digital technology has been widely used in different research fields of dermatology.We predict that more research in the future will focus on convolutional neural network models for diagnosing skin tumors and AI-based telemedicine in dermatology.
