摘要
口服给药因患者依从性好,是临床最常用的给药途径。然而,胃肠道生理屏障限制了传统被动给药系统的吸收效率,导致到达病灶的药物浓度较低。微纳米机器人(M/NRs)具有自主推进和按需装载、运输、释放有效药物载荷的能力,是口服药物主动输送的理想载体,为非侵入性药物递送和治疗提供了新平台。本文总结了智能M/NRs在胃肠道主动给药领域的应用现状和未来前景。
Oral drug administration is the most common route for drug delivery in clinical practice,primarily due to its high patient compliance.However,such a conventional,passive drug delivery route has limitations due to gastrointestinal(GI)physiologic barrier,which results in reduced drug concentrations reaching the lesion.Micro/nanorobots have the capability of self-propulsion,loading,transporting and releasing an effective drug load on demand.This makes them an ideal carrier for active delivery of oral drugs,providing a new means for non-invasive drug delivery and treatment.This paper summarizes the applications and prospect of intelligent micro/nanorobots in active drug delivery in gastrointestinal tract.
