儿童尿失禁临床诊治中国专家共识(2024年版)

Chinese Expert Consensus on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Urinary Incontinence in Children

儿童尿失禁(pediatric urinary incontinence,PUI)临床多见,严重影响患儿生活质量,严重者可引起上尿路损害,甚至肾功能衰竭。随着我国尿动力检查(urodynamic study,UDS)的普及,PUI的精准诊断及治疗成为可能。本共识根据《卫生保健实践指南报告的报告条目》对证据等级和推荐强度分级的要求,重点参考国际儿童尿控协会(International Children's Continence Society,ICCS)相关指南,经中华医学会小儿外科学分会小儿尿动力和盆底学组组织国内小儿尿动力、盆底控制及泌尿外科等领域专家共同讨论和严格把关,采用共识制定会议法制定了PUI临床诊治中国专家共识,旨在为临床规范PUI的诊断和治疗提供参考。

Pediatric urinary incontinence(PUI)is common in clinical practices.Seriously affecting the quality of life of children,it may cause upper urinary tract injury and even renal failure in severe cases.With a greater popularization of urodynamic study(UDS)in China,accurate diagnosis and treatment of PUI have become feasible.This consensus fulfilled the requirements of Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare for the level of evidence and the grading of strength of recommendations.With references to the related guidelines of International Children's Continence Society(ICCS),it is compiled by domestic experts in the fields of pediatric urodynamics and pelvic floor control and urology under the auspices of Group of Pediatric Urodynamics&Pelvic Floor,Branch of Pediatric Surgery,Chinese Medical Association.It was intended to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of PUI in clinical practices.
