医用人工智能研究伦理审查框架初探

Framework for ethics review of medical artificial intelligence research

医用人工智能(AI)研究的兴起对医疗机构科研伦理审查构成了诸多挑战,缺乏可供操作的医用AI研究伦理审查指南。基于文献回顾与审查经验,本文尝试建立一套可供操作的医用AI伦理审查框架,在审查形式和审查要点等方面提出建议,旨在为医疗机构的伦理审查工作提供参考,使医用AI研究符合伦理,借此推动对各类医用AI研究的伦理问题讨论及伦理审查指南的制定。

The increase of medical artificial intelligence(AI)research poses numerous challenges to the ethical review in healthcare institutions,and there is a lack of practical guidelines.In this paper,we attempt to establish a practical ethics framework for medical AI through literature reviews;propose suggestions on the process and main points related to the review;and intend to serve as a guideline for healthcare care institutions to facilitate ethical debate and promote future guideline development.
