Using the example of the Xinjiang production and construction corps 13th division Red Star Hospital,authors of this article analyze the main strategies,specific measures,and achievements of high-quality development in public hospitals.It elaborates on how Red Star Hospital,from its inception in the revolutionary holy land to its high-quality development in the new era,has inherited and continued the revolutionary spirit,promoted the spirit of Norman Bethune,and rallied the strength of the hospital.Red Star Hospital has made concerted efforts in various aspects such as Xinjiang aid projects,scientific management,smart healthcare construction,improvement of medical equipment and technology,discipline construction,and brand building.With practical actions,it has implemented the'Healthy China'strategy,showcased the mission of a Norman Bethune hospital in the new era,and continuously inspired medical staff to embark on a new journey of high-quality hospital development with great enthusiasm.
