In the process of constructing a close-knit county-level medical community,experiences from various regions across the country were drawn upon to enhance primary healthcare service capacity through the"department-led county"model.After two years of practical implementation,the medical service capacity of town health centers in the entire city showed significant improvement,with most indicators achieving the expected results.This indicates that the"department-led county"model can effectively enhance primary healthcare service capacity in the short and medium term,making it suitable for broader implementation in the construction of close-knit county-level medical communities.
