角膜上皮重塑影响因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Influencing Factors of Corneal Epithelial Remodeling

角膜上皮重塑及其影响因素在临床实践中受到越来越多的关注。角膜上皮细胞具有独特的重塑能力,能够对角膜基质和曲率的变化作出反应,通过局部性的增厚或变薄来适应不同状态,以维持眼表的稳定性和清晰的视觉。值得注意的是,这种重塑能力是非均匀的,且受多种内外因素影响。因此,标准化评估角膜上皮厚度变化对于深入理解角膜上皮重塑过程至关重要。现笔者探讨不同眼表疾病、屈光手术方式和药物对角膜上皮重塑的影响,以期能协助临床医师进行相关疾病的早期诊疗,提高屈光手术的精确性。

Corneal epithelial remodeling and its influencing factors are increasingly recognized as critical considerations in clinical practice.Corneal epithelial cells have a remarkable ability to remodel themselves,dynamically responding to alterations of corneal matrix composition and curvature.Corneal epithelial can become thicker or thinner in a localized region to adapt to various conditions and maintain the ocular surface's stability and clarity of vision.Notably,this capacity for remodeling is not uniform and would be affected by a series of both internal and external influences.Consequently,a standardized approach to evaluate the alternation of epithelial thickness is essential for a deep understanding of the remodeling process.This review delves into how various ocular surface diseases,refractive surgical interventions,and pharmacological agents impact corneal epithelial remodeling,in order to assist clinicians in the early diagnosis and treatment and to improve the accuracy of refractive surgery.
