合并高度近视的白内障术后双眼视觉影响因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Factors Influencing Binocular Vision after Cataract Surgery in High Myopic Eyes

术前合并弱视、斜视、眼底病变以及术后高并发症,造成合并高度近视的白内障患者术后双眼视觉恢复不佳,对患者的日常生活造成不良影响。严重屈光不正、对比敏感度下降等视功能异常,也限制了这些白内障患者的手术方式和人工晶状体(IOL)种类的选择。通过完善术前评估,选择适宜的手术方式,组合使用IOL,术后尽早治疗弱视、斜视等方法,可以尽量改善这类白内障患者术后的双眼视觉。笔者对合并高度近视的白内障患者术前、术中和术后影响双眼视觉的因素,以及提高这类白内障患者术后双眼视觉的有效措施进行综述。

Preoperative amblyopia,strabismus,retinal diseases,and postoperative complications always result in poor recovery of binocular vision after cataract surgery in high myopic eyes,and also hamper daily activities of these patients.Furthermore,severe refractive error,decreased contrast sensitivity and other visual dysfunction limit the selection of cataract surgery methods and intraocular lens types in them.Through careful preoperative evaluation,selection of appropriate surgical methods,proper use of intraocular lenses,and early postoperative treatment of amblyopia and/or strabismus,the postoperative binocular vision of them can be improved as much as possible.The present manuscript reviews recent studies of preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative influencing factors of binocular vision recovery after cataract surgery in high myopic eyes,and summarizes the effective measures to improve the postoperative binocular vision.
