摘要
胃癌伴出血合并脑梗死是临床上严重且预后不良的合并症,虽然发病率极低,但致死率、致残率均极高。此外,上述疾病在主要治疗措施上的矛盾更增加了临床诊断与治疗的难度。笔者报道1例胃癌伴出血合并新发脑梗死患者的诊断与治疗经验,旨在为相关治疗提供参考。
Gastric cancer with hemorrhage and cerebral infarction is a serious complication with poor prognosis in clinic.Although the incidence rate is extremely low,the fatality and disability rates are very high.In addition,the opposition in treatment between the two complications increases the difficulty of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The authors report the diagnosis and treatment of a gastric cancer patient with hemorrhage and new cerebral infarction,in order to to provide reference for related treatments.
